When it came time to sell my home, I knew Tim was going to be my guy. At this point in my career, I've worked with hundreds of agents. I fully trust less than 10. Tim is one of them and he did an amazing job from start to finish. His communication, how he worked with the other agent, and updated myself and my wife along the way, were top notch. We got three offers opening weekend, sold for $10,000 over asking price, and closed on it in less than 3 weeks. Tim is a pro and I'm happy he is our agent and friend. Let's also not forget about Sarah who is a phenomenal transaction coordinator. We appreciate you both!
